This house project proposes horticultural structures to offer more possibilities of use. The objective is to create the largest possible “enclosed” structure on a limited budget. The industrial greenhouse system, widely used in this region, is easy to implement. The insulated part of the house (a 40 m²/ 430 sq. ft module) is installed inside the greenhouse. It opens on a conservatory whose main function is the thermal regulation of the house. The primary structure is made of galvanized steel and the envelope of transparent polycarbonate. The interior height of the volume allows for future duplex extensions.
