“The exhibition Histoires de maisons, produced by the Arc en rêve Architecture Center, shows invention at work in the specific field of the house. The exhibition presents models of 43 houses, most of which have been built.
The great diversity of solutions proposed by the architects exhibited in Histoires de maisons reveals that still today the theme of the individual house is a field of active experimentation, where creativity is exercised in a dialogue between client and architect, with particular attention to the environment and the quality of the habitat.”
