Transformation of a building rue Laroche

Major refurbishment of a building in central Bordeaux.
The rear part of the three-story building was opened to give access to large balconies and a garden located to the southwest, in the center of the block. The two-room apartments that were created offer large and customizable rooms. The covered balconies, which extend the main rooms, become real rooms for living that can be used for many months of the year.
