Team base, 37th America’s Cup

Project to install the Orient Express Racing Team - the French challenge for the 37th America’s Cup - in the port of Barcelona. The aim is to build a training and competition base for around sixty people and two boats. The proposed building combines comfort (fluidity of space, bioclimatic design), modularity (temporary installation and nautical base that can be dismantled after the event), high technicality and economy of means. It includes: workshops, administration, sanitary facilities, changing rooms, kitchen, catering and events area, sail loft, sports hall, simulator, meeting rooms, high-capacity premises for boat maintenance and lifting and handling equipment.
